How to import your database (users and/or listings)

It is possible to import your user or ad base, through the services of our team.

For this, you must provide us with your user base (or announcements) in CSV or Excel format, respecting the criteria of the template that will be provided to you by our technical team.

Please note, in order to guarantee the security of your users 'accounts, we will not import your users' passwords. They should be informed to follow the forgotten password procedure in order to reset access to their account on your new site.
