Interacting with your customers (vendors and buyers) and supervise every transaction is an important part of running your marketplace business.
Your marketplace lists two types of customers: sellers and buyers.
Every time a new buyer places an order with your marketplace, their name and other details are added to your customer list.
Every time a new seller sign up and create a listing, their information is also added to your customer list.
You can review all your customers and manage your customer information from the Customers area of your Kreezalid admin panel.
All customers, sellers, and buyers can view their order or sale history with your marketplace, and see the current order status for any purchases or booking they make.
